High volume, e-commerce payment solution serving the needs of hundreds of clients across Canada in a variety of industries, from online payment processing to in-person licence plate renewal. Includes many custom variations including customer-payment fee model, invoice generation, and recurring payments with PCI compliant credit card storage, management and processing. Includes a custom-built API for connection with third-party shopping carts and other custom e-commerce solutions, as well as numerous administrative reporting options. Currently processing over 400,000 transactions per year and growing.
Learning Management System (LMS)
Online e-learning platform with cross-platform multimedia quiz materials, grade and certification tracking. Administrative reporting options allow managers to keep tabs on employee progress in required courses for their positions, and can identify areas where materials may need updating or employees may need guidance. Courses can be developed and targeted towards individuals at different physical locations and in different job types. Users can log in and see what courses are due next, what their previous scores were and print out certificate of completion documents if desired.

High availability and fast-paced, customer relationship management and call-centre management platform for real estate sales professionals. Includes tools to manage sales agent call queues, assigning contacts to agents, detailed recording of all activities and outcomes of interactions with clients, and extensive reporting to tie the data together. Contact management tools allow entering of unlimited phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses and the tracking of activities completed by sales agents connected with these contacts.
