(1). Access your Outlook Express and click on "Tools" -



(2). Then click on "Accounts" -



(3). Then click on "Mail" -



(4). Then add your name -



(5). Then add your email address -



(6). Then add in your mail servers -



(7). Then add your username and password. Remember, your username is your full email address -



(8). Then click finish.



(9). Also make sure that for SMTP you use the out-going mail server provided
by your Dial-up Service Provider.



Your email is now setup. Your domain will need to be fully propagated, before your email will function. Send some test emails to some other email accounts of yours. Also test that you can receive emails to your new email account.
